I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. This allows for more individualized care, greater flexibility in treatment, and a more personalized therapeutic experience, including fuller confidentiality.

Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network therapy. I am happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, will be charged the full session fee.

I understand that true emergencies and unexpected situations do arise. In those cases, the fee may be waived at my discretion.

This policy helps protect the time reserved for your care and supports the consistency of my schedule for all clients.

The initial 15-minute consultation is a brief phone or video call where we can connect, discuss what you’re looking for, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions about therapy, my approach, or logistics.
